How do I scan a wine label?
Tap the Scan tab at the bottom of the app, point your camera at any wine label, and Sivvi will identify the wine and give you tasting notes, pairings, and more.
How do subscriptions work?
Ask Sivvi offers monthly and annual Premium plans. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your device's Settings under Subscriptions.
How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Profile in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any recent purchase.
