Augiver LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Ask Sivvi mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Ask Sivvi.
Account information. When you create a profile, we may collect your name, email address, and any preferences you choose to provide (such as wine preferences).
Wine cellar and scan data. When you scan wine labels or save wines to your cellar, we store that information in your account so you can access it later.
Chat data. When you interact with our AI sommelier, we collect the messages you send in order to generate responses and improve the service.
Device and usage data. We may automatically collect basic technical information such as device type, operating system version, and general usage patterns to help us improve the App.
Camera access. The App requests access to your device camera solely for the purpose of scanning wine labels. We do not record or store raw camera footage.

Ask Sivvi is not intended for individuals under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 21, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of Ask Sivvi after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
