Delete from the App

  1. Open the Ask Sivvi app on your device.
  2. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm your decision when prompted. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.

Within 72 hours

Request Deletion via Email

  1. Send an email to from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Include "Delete My Data" in the subject line.
  3. In the body, confirm your full name and the email linked to your account.
  4. Our team will process your request and permanently delete your data within 72 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once complete.
